My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The rooms were beautiful, very spacious, with a nice bathroom and always very clean, but I found some hairs on the floor and the phone charger connected to one of the sockets, which was a bit of a letdown. The service was great overall, with friendly and courteous staff, although there was a language barrier at times. The location was unbeatable, ideal for exploring Chiang Mai both during the day and enjoying peaceful nights. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with limited options and some confusion in ordering, but the prepacked breakfast for an early flight was a nice touch. The facilities were sufficient, but could be improved. The price for the stay was reasonable, offering good value for money.
